Robert Deignan is the CEO and Co-Founder of ATS Digital Services. His company has worldwide reach and provides solutions for companies looking for tech solutions. These include services anywhere from issues connecting to troubleshooting. His company also serves as the perfect conduit for companies looking to work with a remote partner.

Born in Fort Lauderdale, Deignan has a love for mixing it up on the grid iron as well. He graduated from Purdue on a full football scholarship. His received his degree in Organizational Leadership. He was good enough to play briefly for both the New York Jets and the Miami Dolphins.

As an entrepreneur, he turned his competitive nature toward co-founding a company called Fanlink. The idea for ATS Digital Services came from his time working at a software company that provided anti-malware solutions. He gained a lot of experience and confidence in his own abilities as well. Today, in his present role, he rises early to meet the day’s challenges. His day starts around 5 a.m. His first stop is the gym where he meets a workout buddy.

This is the routine that allows him to organize his thoughts and to get his creative juices flowing. Once he arrives at work, he spends quality time working on new strategies with his partners and connecting with employees. There are also accountants and lawyers to deal with.

He loves the outdoors where many of his business ideas hatch. This gives him time to disconnect from his phone and computer. His key to creativity is being in an environment where he can express his physical nature. Once he gets back to his office, he takes notes and places them on a spreadsheet. If the ideas look viable, he will conduct additional research and run it past his partners. Deignan stays in motion, and this only adds to his creative accomplishments. He is continually on the move and a person to watch.
